Copyright/Royalty/Public Domain Resources

Why use copyright/royalty free or public domain resources?  TO STAY WITHIN THE COPYRIGHT LAWS! :-)  Please fee free to add links to your favorite resources that fall into these categories.  Please make sure that you pay special attention to each sites acceptable use policies.  Many still want you to give them credit by including a link to their page or other requirements to use them for free.  When in doubt, ask the websight owner.
